How it's made

Use it
Every result gets used by hand. A note like "the parry should feel better" becomes the next work order.

Claude builds it
Claude Code writes the code and data, builds and fixes. When needed it operates the screen and edits files directly.

Checks guard it
The game has to pass more than 600 automated checks on every build, and the VTuber program its 365 tests, before anything moves on.

Records steer it
Decisions and play logs are written down, and the next piece of work starts from those records.

When a devlog clip was driven by the automated check and not by a person, the post says so.
